A major credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
All pre-paid/non-refundable reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the room, tax and fees at the time of booking.
Reservations that allow cancellation must be canceled by 3 pm – 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Pre-Paid/Non-Cancellable reservations can’t be canceled once confirmed. Some exceptions are made within 24 hours of booking, without penalty.
