General Info

What is check in/check out time?
Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 12pm.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
No, the Harbor Court Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $500 smoking fee if a guest is found smoking in the room.

Is there an amenities fee?
Yes, our $34.35 + taxes amenities fee includes:

  • Exclusive access to a world-class gym, facilities and programs
  • High speed Wi-Fi access
  • Wine hour daily from 5pm - 6pm
  • Continental breakfast 6am - 10am
  • Use of bicycles
  • Bottle of Harbor Court branded water

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
We do not have an on-site fitness center, however we partner with a wellness center and full-service fitness club with an Olympic-sized pool available to guests. It contains a 25-meter lap pool, racquetball and basketball courts, 20 Stairmasters, 30 life cycles, 10 treadmills. Open Monday through Friday, 6am - 2pm. 

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Yes, room service is available for lunch Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm-3:00pm, and dinner Monday - Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday - Sunday 5:00pm-9:00pm.

Do you have a business center?
We do not have a business center. Ask the front desk for assistance with printing documents, as well as access to local facilities.

Do you have a pool?
No, we do not have a pool on-site, however our partner fitness club has an Olympic-sized pool. 

Restaurant

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Ozumo is open for dinner only Monday - Thursday 5:00-9:00pm. Friday-Sunday for lunch and dinner from 12:00-9:00pm For more information, visit http://www.ozumosanfrancisco.com.

Accounting

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
You can call the Harbor Court hotel general line at 415.882.1300, ask for the accounting department.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the hotel, we will hold the full room and tax total, plus $150 for honor bar and restaurant charges. These charges will be released from your account within 5 days after check out. We do not accept checks. If you would like to check in to the hotel with cash, we will ask for a deposit of the full room charges and tax plus $150 per night for honor bar and restaurant charges. You will get the remaining money back at the time of check out. We hold $150 per night for incidentals.

Concierge

I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service. Give us a call at the front desk for more information.

What are your cross streets?
The Harbor Court hotel is located at 165 Steuart St, between Mission and Howard.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
We have onsite valet parking for $70/night plus tax. $85 for oversized vehicles. (in-and-out privileges included).

Reservations

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Harbor Court does not provide rollaway beds. Cribs are available and are free of charge.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You must go through the booking agent/website that you used in order to change your reservation.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
We require a credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel by 3pm, local hotel time, 24 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax to your card. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
Special rules may apply for guests under the age of 18. Please contact the hotel for further information prior to making a reservation.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Do you offer connecting rooms?
Only for the penthouse suite.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bathtubs with grab bars and some include a roll-in shower.

Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of up to one night's room and tax may apply.

Pets

Are pets allowed? 
Yes, pets are welcome at the hotel. $100 per fee per stay.

Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
We do not provide pet sitting or dog walking services directly, however we can recommend outside services for your convenience.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
The closest grassy area is directly across the street on Embarcadero.
